Today was my first visit to KidzClub...and I have to say I was skeptical.  Especially having a 10 month old
I figured this was going to be geared for "walkers" and older kids (much like ChuckECheese is).  I   was
pleasently surprised!  My daughter crawled and climbed around and was free to use her "powers of  
destruction" at your place!  ...and had she not gotten completely worn out from all the excitement (good
for her mom) I think we would have stayed all day!  

Another thing:  your food is EXCELLENT!  I have moved over 25 times in the past 10 years and I have to
say  you have, by far, the best pizza!  If you don't already, I hope you offer "carry out" because the next
time I come  in (and probably every time thereafter) I am going to want to take a whole pie home with
me.  

My only suggestion is that you offer more "package" options:  such as a monthly pass or yearly pass or
even a pass that includes lunch for mom and child!  I know I would be buying in on that option!

Thanks for making such a wonderful place for children (and adults)!!!  Keep up the good work!!!

Sara Gow's Birthday Party

My husband and I would like to thank everyone at Kidzclub for hosting a wonderful birthday party for our  
daughter Sara. All the kids had a wonderful time and Sara can't stop talking about it. In fact, that’s all
they  want to do, is go back to Kidzclub!

Thanks again for a great time and for making Sara's 5th birthday a special one! We will definitely be
telling all of our neighbors, friends and coworkers about our experience!

It just occurred to me that I never replied to this email, sorry, and yet all went wonderfully , as you expected.  
All the children including my son, the birthday boy, had a ball.  Our guests had many compliments about your
place (the cleanliness, variety of activities, the large space and most everyone agreed that it is not that far).  I
was spoiled by your very professional and friendly staff.  Attention to details was very much appreciated.  
Phone call to correct miscommunication about party after ours, extra balloons were blown up so that every
child could leave with one even though we only paid for a certain amount, being charged only the number of
kids that showed up even though we expected more of which I never got back to you about, staff
remembered that we wanted pizza for the kids out earlier, loved all the cups, plates etc.. were provided for,
even for the adults. Everything went according to plan and better than expected.  It was worth every penny.  
Thanks so much for a very successful party , for thinking of everything, and for creating KidzClub.  There are
not too many choices for kids three and under parties. Continued success to you, I certainly would
recommend KidzClub in the future.

Thank you very much for making Dana's birthday party so much fun.  It's nice to see the care and thought you
put into everything - right down to the smallest detail (can't believe you even had a gift list sheet on a
clipboard available)!  The tattoos, bubbles/lights were a big hit, and the princess theme table was especially
beautiful.  The whole thing was worth every penny!  We all had a great time.
